Yoga Mat Cleansing Aura Mist

Yogis~ if ya know ya know! A clean mat is essential for starting fresh each day. Heat, sweat, and toxins released from your body can be rescued with this clutch mist.

To use apply to yoga mat and swiftly wipe with a soft towel. I also love to mist around the room before my (private) practice to initiate sacred space. Always be mindful if you bring this to a class - may be okay to use at the end of practice, but in a hot yoga studio the essential oils may be too personal to utilize in a studio. I love this in my home, or when I leave a studio and get home, I use to freshen up my mat. 

T H E   R I T U A L

Apply to yoga mat by misting over small sections and swiftly wiping dry with a soft towel. You can also mist around the room before your (private) practice to initiate sacred space.  Be mindful of using in a studio. After cleaning, allow mat to breathe for at least 15 minutes before using or rolling up.
