The Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology recently published a study with data showing a link between acne and dairy, specifically nonfat milk. The study shows the amount of dairy consumed by teens with acne to be significantly higher than those with no acne.
If you are having trouble with skin conditions, try an alternative milk such as coconut or almond and see if you find some improvement after a week or two.
